The Transatlantic Trade & Investment Partnership:
How the U.S.-EU Trade Agreement Will Impact the Bay Area & Beyond
On Thursday, September 24, a seminar will be held in San Francisco on the topic of the TTIP, the trade agreement currently being negotiated by the U.S. and EU. The goal of the seminar was to educate businesses, media and the greater public about the agreement and the positive impact of enhanced transatlantic trade on the Bay Area and the U.S. as a whole.
The morning program included speakers from the U.S. and EU members state governments, as well as business executives from local and global companies presenting data and remarks on the impact of transatlantic trade on the region.
