Following the Brexit referendum result, this TABC seminar examined the UK dimension of Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union. Richard Gordon QC of Brick Court Chambers made a presentation on the constitutional aspects of triggering the Article 50 process in the UK: Prime Minister or Parliament? Alastair Sutton of Brick Court Chambers added a short section on the trade policy aspects of Brexit. These presentations were followed by a Q&A with Robert O’Donoghue of Brick Court Chambers, who contributed in response to any questions on related competition or regulatory matters.
